Our Plant Based Cafe

Downstairs, we have our 100% plant based & vegan menu. Our philosophy is 'naturally good' across both the shop & cafe, so we're known for our hearty, healthy and fresh food, like our authentic Massaman Curry, Jackfruit Wingz, and Nourish Bowls with a few sweet treats too, for balance.

Adapting to the 'new normal', we relaunch two brand new menus. Our classics like 'Dhal & Rice' have been given an upgrade too. Check out our menu here.

Tea, Good Coffee & Fresh Juices/Smoothies
With speciality coffee, or simply 'good coffee' as we like to call it, from local roasters, that is always fair trade, our team are all barista trained to make each blend to the correct recipe to make your favourite latte, cappuccino, mocha, americano, pretty much whatever you'd like! We offer both soya and oat milk. 

And we haven't forgotten the tea drinkers either, with organic herbal teas, as well as black tea, and our favourite 'cannabis tea' packed with CBD, known for calming anxiety and pain. 

Sweet Treats & Cakes
Working with local cake makers & bakers, as well as our own chef's whipping up a storm, our vegan cakes are stuff of legend! Whether you're looking for a good light vegan sponge, peanut butter brownies, vanilla chai, lemon drizzle or mint choc chip, or something packed with nutrition like our refined sugar free 'energy bombs'. Our cakes are also seasonal, so you never have to get the same one twice! 


Need space for hire in Manchester? Our café can be hired between 8-10am and after 4.30pm. Whether it’s a team meeting, yoga class, crafting and cake, film night, guest talks, we can adjust the space to fit your needs. We can provide refreshments, full catering and café/bar service.
