Fresh from our Chef team, our Vegan Treacle Toffee Recipe - give it a go this Bonfire Night!
- - 150g Golden Syrup
- - 150g Molasses
- - 300g Muscavado Sugar
- - 150g Vegan Soya Spread
- Line tray with baking paper. Lightly oil the paper.
- Heat all ingredients together slowly to 140C in a pan.
- Pour into prepared sheet and leave to set & cool
- Sliced with a lightly oiled knife (to stop the knife blade sticking to the toffee).
