WHAT MAKES IT ECO?
Aside from being plant based, our food is delivered by eco-friendly bikes, we use local bike delivery services whenever possible. The packaging we use is mostly compostable or we use recyclable and/or reusable materials, wherever possible; even the cutlery isn't plastic!

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (t's & c's)
Terms & Conditions
· Once the event details and menu have been agreed upon and to secure the booking, the customer agrees to pay a 15% non-refundable deposit
· The remaining balance would need to be paid at least 14 days prior to the event
· Payments can be made using a debit or credit card in our store or over the phone as well as a bank transfer
· Deposit payments made on account are subject to a 14 day cooling off period during which a full refund can be requested
Cancellations
· Please note that the initial deposit paid is non-refundable unless this falls within the first 14 days classed as ‘the cooling off period’
· Partial refund of any sums paid on account can be requested (at On The Eighth Day’s discretion) up to 72 hours prior to the event. This refers to cancellations due to any unforeseen circumstances
· Any cancellation requests within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable. There might be some circumstances where we could consider a partial refund, however this is entirely at the discretion of the business and all requests are handled on a case by case basis.
