Ginger Zinger

Great for a pep-me-up! Serves 1.


1 orange
1 large or 2 small apples
1 cube ginger (2cm by 2 cm as a rough guide)
3-4 carrots


  1. Prepare the ginger by slicing off the tough skin.
  2. Juice the ginger, apples and carrots.
  3. Juice the oranges using a citrus juicer.
  4. Combine, mix and serve.
