We strive to use independent companies to supply our café. We’re also proud of the working relationships we’ve developed with suppliers over the years of working with them. Where possible we will always support Co-operative and independent business’. 


Black Cat Cakery

We’ve been working with the wonderful Erikas’ (Erika N and Erika V) at Black Cat since they first started. As a small independent cake company specialising in vegan cakes they also offer sugar& gluten free baked delights. Black Cat is ever expanding and can be found in many outlets across the city.

Lily & Dilly

We’ve been working with Lily & Dilly for just over a year now, another independent company supplying us with some of the most deliciously light vegan sponges and wacky combinations. You’ll also find Lilly &Dily cakes in V Revolution on Oldham Street in The Northern Quarter.

Raw Bake Station

Evie at the Raw Bake Station whips up unique and incredible tasting treats. All of our bread is freshly delivered daily from Barbakan Deli in Chortlon. We’ve been working with this independent supplier for years and proudly use their products.
